Let’s have some fun and get fit together! Join Melissa Anderson, certified Personal Trainer via Zoom for a 30-minute kid’s workout, sponsored by CoM. Kids will be guided through a variety of fun exercises and movements to challenge them while using their own body weight. We will also use simple props for class.
